WHERE CAN I PURCHASE LAS ISLAS SWIM?​

  • Shop online via the Las Islas Swim website.

  • Shop in-store at CommonThread.

    • 2nd Floor, Power Plant Mall, Rockwell, Makati​

    • 2nd floor, Greenbelt 5, Greenbelt Mall, Makati

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

  • We accept payments through BPI Bank Deposit/Transfer, BDO Bank Deposit/Transfer and Credit/Debit Card via PayPal.

  • Currently, Las Islas Swim does not yet accept cash on delivery.

HOW DO I VERIFY MY PAYMENT ONCE MADE?

  • Please email a copy of your deposit slip/bank transfer confirmation to hello@lasislasswim.com upon payment.

    • Subject: PAYMENT: <ORDER NUMBER>​

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED?

  • We make it a point to process orders as quickly as possible. Please expect a confirmation message within 24-48 hours upon placing your order.

  • For shipping, lead time depends on your delivery address. Please note that these delivery dates serve as a guide. While we ship your orders on time, Las Islas Swim is not responsible for delays that occur on the courier's side.

    • Metro Manila: 1-5 business days after payment​

    • Provincial: 3-7 business days after payment

  • Note that orders/payments received after 8AM (GMT+8) will be shipped the next business day. 

  • No shipping on weekends/holidays.

WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE? HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?​

  • We use GoGo Xpress and Fastrack.

  • For Provincial, orders get transferred to LBC.

  • Once orders are dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?​

  • Currently, Las Islas Swim does not yet do shipping outside the Philippines.

CAN I EXPEDITE THE SHIPPING FOR MY ORDER?​

  • Expedite shipping can be done through Grab Express or Lalamove. Kindly choose this option upon check-out.

    • Extra cost must be shouldered by the customer.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?​

  • For hygienic purposes, Las Islas Swim does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please refer to our size guide.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED WAS FAULTY?​

  • Prior to shipping, we ensure that each item undergoes quality control. However, should you find any damage upon receipt, please send us a message immediately.
